Match against jjc today
lost.
but we did well.
i am guilty of wanting to go out both half.
despise myself.

was out of breath 30mins after play off.
then started to feel puk-ish

then i went out.
second half.
went in again.
another 30mins later
"coach.. sub"
vomitted red bull.
never drink redbull with empty tummy
and go for match ten minutes later.
makes u feel like dying.
got scolded by coach for doing so though.
and yes.
coach wasn't happy with our physical state.
can u imagine
three weeks without training.
had like 200kg of BBQ food
then the next day go for match.
tsktsk.
so now.
training will get tougher.
physical training on sunday.
one straight hour.
